Application window is open from 8/22-9/25
The Forestry and Natural Resources Career Mentorship Program is a collaborative program aimed at growing participation in forestry and natural resources by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the field – especially for students who are in the process of transitioning out of a college forestry program and into a career. Developed by students, the Forestry Mentorship Program runs concurrently during the academic calendar year of each host school. Each mentorship cycle spans a 12-month period beginning in the fall semester and extends until the conclusion of the summer field season. The program is offered at seven colleges and universities throughout California, spanning as far south as Bakersfield and as far north as Arcata.
