District Manager: Placer Resource Conservation District

The Placer Resource Conservation District (PRCD) is currently looking to fill a District Manager position to lead diverse project efforts and oversee staff / contractors.

The organization currently manages over 12 forest health / fuels reduction projects throughout Placer County, resulting in nearly $7,000,000.00 in forestry focused work.

The District Manager is the chief administrative officer of the RCD, and reports to the Board of Directors. The position is responsible for managing and directing internal business operations of the District consistent with the goals and objectives, and policies and procedures established by the Board.

The District Manager serves as the public face of the District to a large and varied group of agricultural, environmental, regulatory, and academic/research communities, as well as the public at large.
